Great place to stop and have coffee been there more than once and will be there again.

When ordering through drive thru the workers always accommodate me instantly with a friendly greeting. I never had a bad experience while ordering through drive thru. My coffee always comes out the way i ask.

The manager Justine is amazing! She works her BUTT off and accommodates every single one of her customers! Always love going to get my breakfast when she is there with a smile in her face !

Friendly and timely, but my idea of light extra sweet and theirs are very different. I stated 4 extra sugars and they only did 2 so I had to wait till I got home to drink my coffee. Not bad service, I just really needed my morning coffee

I only went through the drive through, but it was fast and the quality was the same as other Dunkin's I've been to.

What can I say, with On The Go option your in and out quickly. No waiting in line, fresh bakery most of the time.

Got a ice mocha Latte and took the 10 mins for the order in front of me. I figured mine would be ready, nope another 5mins for mine to be ready...service is supposed to be about the customer. If you don't like your job then find another one

Relaxing atmosphere and friendly service.

Although the price can be a bit high, you guys made me an AMAZING coffee 5 minutes ago. I'm so used to having the flavoring as well as the cream and sugar being just a clump on the bottom (with any DD I go to) but my iced coffee was well mixed and made to perfection. Nice customer service as well, front employee helped me out immediately when I asked for the larger straws, and filled the container ASAP when I told her that it was empty.

Gloversville has a good set of staff.

Cashier seemed annoyed by our order. We order our drinks a certain way each time due to ppl not being able to have certain things.

Overall pretty good place, service is usually good however, I do find it odd that in all the years they have received my patronage the local store never has any male employees.

The party in front of me ordered an item that the clerk did not realize was no longer available. The kitchen staff prepared it anyway telling me that they didn't want to disappoint the customer. That is customer service!

Not bad when I'm in a hurry and need a quick bite & a coffee before work or a day trip. Always have to get the dark roast because their regular coffee is too weak & flavorless.
